Joe Fadel Client manufactures issues to avoid paying his bill

Our company was employed to re-install the operating system on one computer and remove malicious spyware from the other. Both computers were repaired and tested. Payment was expected on delivery but he insisted on being billed. That should have been the first sign. Later after over two weeks of non payment and two minor e-mails our company received a nasty call complaining about the computer performance. We attempted to resolve the situation and schedule a return visit but the client continued to make up outlandish claims regarding the machines. After a phone call and multiple e-mails that we identified the cause of the problem.

The client was manufacturing issues in order to avoid payment.
