I spoke to one person who was in India that told me that I was paying for one session to fix a booting problem with my computer. He then gave me a number to call which also gave me a person in India. My CC was charged 149.00 and the man proceeded to tell me that I had 4 more sessions. Did NOT authorize that. They could not resolve my issue. I talked to someone today who refused to give me a refund. I fully intend to pursue this and find out who these people are...
