Gateway netbook is 1 1/2 yrs. Old but have extended Office Depot warranty and thought I would save time. Number given to me by a Microsoft tech from MSN. The Gateway # I have no longer in service. First you get a guy in India that lies about time involved but makes promises, takes your credit card #, then gives you another # to call. The tech in India then wants to do the quickest thing and restore to factory standards and lose data. I can do that myself without him! They can repair nothing over the phone. Told him I was going to file a dispute and charge back on Monday A.M. Which got him excited. Wanted to know the name of the first guy I spoke to. Just avoid the place. The company is listed as in N.Y.
