I bought a product for Chem-Impex in January and I was told my total was $250 but two months later, they charged my credit card for $650. Ever since I found out about this, I've been trying to contact the company but my calls are all transferred to several people in INDIA and all I've been getting are promises but no actions to resolve this issue so far.

Last person I spoke was Mr. Nitin who gave me his word that he himself will look into my complaint and get my money back but nothing yet and it's been over 10days now.
It's frustrating to find out the company you trusted to give your credit card information to is stealing your money.

Think twice before trusting chem-impex international!!!
