Data Cut Off Twice Despite Unlimited Plan, No Manager or Refund

I purchased a Straight Talk unlimited phone plan with unlimited data, text, and talk. 1 hour after I had my phone turned on they cut off my data. I called and it took me 45 mins after being hung up on, and told there was no manager I could talk to. They then cut the data back on. 2 weeks later they cut it off again stating I've used too much data. I then said I paid for unlimited. They said I had to wait and let my plan expire and then pay and get the phone turned back on my data would be reinstated. So I did today May 14th. Still no data. They told me yet again no manager nor could I get my money back I'm just out of $100 bucks. I feel I've just been robbed yet again. Oh I do not download. I only get on Facebook, check my email, Google, and from time to time YouTube.
