My husband is a sick man. Health issues are important to a brittle diabetic. This is why we choose your hotel, the beds are just like ours at home. No worries about bed sores appearing. Major problem is the front desk. We asked for a larger room we were told none available. We took the king deluxe. So far the tv is stuck on close caption and wont change off of it. The idea of the front desk is to interrupt our nap after driving from las vegas, nv to see a sick friend. We live in the land of major size (3000 rooms per hotel) we have stayed down on the strip in some of the nicest and most expensive rooms in the hotel industry. So far your hotel service sucks. To replace a remote control should take the time to walk to the office and back to our room. Havent seen anyone in over an hour for just a remote. We are professional truck drivers. My truck seems to be more of a comfort than this room. We are scheduled to stay here for 2 nights. If the services do not improve soon we will tell every truckdriver we know, about 3000 now and still online with more, also the cb radio. This service is non exsistant in your hotel here. As i write this there are less than 8 cars in parking lot. Not a good sign for a big chain like you are trying to be. Take a lesson from las vegas, nv take care of the problem before we get there not make us wait up an hr or more for another remote??? Sounds like this hotel needs a total reconfiguration of staff.
Once again we are not happy with the push off service we are getting only 2 hrs after checking in!!!
Keith and tina (personal information removed) i expext this to be taken care of in a timely manner not next week or next month you send me a certificate for another stay in this or any of your hotels!!!
