We purchaced the internet services from Direct TV. Being that we are snowbirds from ohio and were told by the installer that we did not have to carry thier equipment back and forth every year and that all we had to do is leave the dish equipment in Florida and when we got home all we had to do was call the ohio branch and they will bring you the equipment and install it free of charge because we already were a customer. So now we are back in Ohio and have no reciver or remotes and no TV. Unless we are willing to pay thier ransome.
