They R tricky bunch! Ordered trial in FEB23, billedtoday have not recieved product today MAY8. Manufacturing plantin Isreal, ships fromMissisauga. I tried to apply for trial and it kept saying card invalid, try another& I did. 2nd popup for coffeebean trial. So I didit too. They are billing¬ sending product. Many phone#s not in service or automated answerservice partialy audible. Finally got right nunmber5th try. Left msg demanding response. Rcv'd email confirmations in SPAM folder (feb25 foundMay7), logged on to ensure cancel of possible autorefil - sent email to all departments in 'customer support'window. Must wait now. Also DSMarketing, got a personfor Greencoffeebean svetol-shehung up on me, redialed got new lady-verified info and put me on hold-I gave her the tracking# on email-I checked yesterday 3X, todaybefore I called, CanadaPost said INVALID. Looked after call & theyshipped while I was on hold for 8min. Cancelled Ccards&contacted Fraud dept. If I recieve. Will try ship back. CHECK CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! If u don't recognize even a 1.95 charge call the Credit company. Not finished tally on Total $ scammed
