I have a GE Refrigerator Mod. Gss201epjbb / ser. TH205402, Installed 5-1-06 I have had approximately 6 servce calls on the product and was finally informed by GE service rep. That my issure is a design issure when he installed a heating device to the water line to keep it from freezing over. I had independent service and GE service. I have more than paid for this refrig. Twice and am really upset with customer service, they tell me my product is now 6yrs. Old so they can only give me a small allowance towards a new Refrig. Or they can assist only slightly to a 950.00 plus repair to Freezer door replacement. This amount is more than I paid for the Refrig. And a repair is questionable since is have lost product and have been dealing with break down after break down.
