Scammers! Do not trust this company mytechhelp. This company stole $99.99 from my account on March 22. I called and talked to someone on March 26, and they wanted all kinds of my personal information in order to "access my account". After giving them my name and phone number they said they could not access my account, but they would call me back and let me know what they found. Never heard from them. Called again and was told the same thing. Never heard from them again. I called again and told them to cancel whatever "agreement" they thought they had with me, and not to charge my account (and give me my $99.99 back). They told me they wouldnt give me my money back. A month later they charged my account $9.99!!! I called them again and they said they wouldn't refund my money. They are thieves!!! I spoke with Kimberly the supervisor, and she offered to refund the $99.99 and then charge me $99.99 in order to get another year of help. What sense does that make!!?? UNBELIEVABLE! Oh, and they said they would give me restaurant gift certificates. Warning... Do not do business with this company!!
