Refuse to give me money back was told I can cancel but I won't get a refund, these people have no knowledge what so ever regarding computers was suggested to go to apple store, so I called back to use for a different computer still couldn't resolve the issue, spoke to supervisor no help refuse to give refund over you couponds to resturants that never heard of this is a joke all I want is my 59.99 back
