I ordered two dresses - one came separately, and was completely different from what they present on their website - colours, fit, fabric, everything. The second dress was delivered 15 days later, only to get stuck in custom, and i had to pay another USD 100 to clear it. I tried calling TB many times but no one picks up the phone. I also realise now that there is no address on their website. This site seems like a complete hoax to me and they are now denying to give me a refund. Would appreciate some help in resolving this matter as it's a big amount for me as well as taking legal actions against TB and shutting their website down. Thanks/Bips
