Scam, Rip-off, World's Worst Service, Suprise Suprie I recieved no dress or refund

Dear complaint,

I recently attempted to buy this dress http://www.bestcelebritydress.com/red-carpet-dresses-1/sag-awards-dresses/mila-kunis-red-stapless-print-chiffon-evening-dress-for-sag-awards from this scam and appalling website: http://www.bestcelebritydress.com/

I ordered it at the start of March and payed through what I thought was secure PayPal. The website claims to be able to send you your dresses within 30 days.

This is all lies. It's now the middle of June and I still have no dress. Their email service is utter shambles and never gave me any useful help or information as to when I'd get my dress.

They promised me a refund if my dress hadn't arrived by June 5th. Well suprise suprise it did not arrive. I asked for a refund and now they've simply started ignoring my emails. I now realise my dress never is, or never was coming.

I want to report these ba* and have their site taken off the website so no-one else has to go through what I went through. The site is in either America or a country like China as they often spoke in broken english.

Let's take them down!
