This company has many complaints, I fell for the bate and switch they offered. Online, 4.75 for a trial e-cigarette... They never delivered the product and charged my account 116.93, same amount each and every customer is claiming. I made a call and the person on the phone is trying to sell me their product... I explained I never received the product... The customer service is horrible... I dispute the charge with my bank and they sent my bank 20 pages of proof that I had agreed, when I never did. This company needs to be shut down... I will make a formal complaint to the Illinois Attorney General. They are literally stealing my money along with many others.
