I do agree with the other customer this company did the same thing to me and it was a trial period and i never received the item and called about it they kept saying give it time and they will not charge me until i received it or if i wanted to cancel can do so after i received the trial. I was not satisifed at all and when i contacted them about it the rep informed me sure i can return it and it was in good time my card would not be charged the 79 or 75 dollars. I went to post office and got a conformation number and when i checked my bank statment the next day they charged me the amount of 75 or 79. When i contacted them and spoke to the manager he said that he received the product but i would not get my money back because it was past the 14 days. I explained to them it took over 2 weeks to get and showed proof and the manager just stated rules is rules it was past the deadline and i had to contact my bank and the manger of the company was very nasty saying to contact my bank they still will not give my money back.

Now after i filed a complaint againt this company and my bank got my money back it has been a hassle going on 4 months now to this day they are now claiming that they NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BACK and the mangager even told me before they had it but they were to this day still disputing with my bank, and good thing i held on to the delivery conformation and my bank had to now present this to them. It is still a ongoing process. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. I advise anyone out there do not buy from this company in additon they not once responded to my emails at all
