Ought 4 mini ipads for my grandchildren n bought 4 insurance plan one per ipad for 109.99 for each one they recommended the insurance because they'r small children n they can damage them. It was for a year so they have had thier ipads for 6 months n one of them has a crack on the screen i take it to b. Buy n was told that they would replace it with one that has been fixed from someone that has sent it back for some other reason. I told them they had told me that the insurance would give me a new one if anything would happen they never said it would be replaced with one that has had a promblem n now is been fixed i dont want someone elses problems they said that apple changed the police from when i bought the insurance n they cannot honor my old policy i told them that they should go by what i bought it's not my fault they changed thier policey n to thier convinence i have to accept thier new policy that was not thier policy at the time i bought insurance the person i talked to was so rude he said i can complain i will not get a new ipad i would get one that has been sent back n fixed he was so rude that i will never buy anything from best buy ever n i have been a good customor for years.
