VPI Pet Insurance
They changed my policy without notifying me. So I had the dog surgery and it's not covered

The VPI pet insurance, ripped me off, I had bought insurance on a 10 month old pup, he was diagnosed with OCD, and they changed my policy 2 MONTHS AFTER I bought it, so I thought it was covered, I took the dog in.$3300 dollars later, I checked and they denied the claim. I recieved NO notification of ANY type of policy change through phone, mail, or email. WHAT a RIPOFF!!! Don't buy pet insurance. They'll get around paying you somehow! My dog's leg is better now, but my pocket book is not! ALL it take's is 14 $236/year policy holders to pay this. YOU KNOW they have tons of suckers, like me. I'm going to advertise on my big rig, what a SCAM!
