Complete rip-off, took the money and disappeared from earth!

We purchased some electronic components from this company. First time, we did this through ebay, where he can be found under ebay id: industrialmrosupplync. The initial purchse went somewhat ok, the items arrived as ordered, but they were not new as it was described in their listing. We were able though to sell the item further to our client for a discounted price. We then received a second order from our client and we contacted Industrial MRO Supply again to duplicate the order. We also asked to assure, that "new" items shall be delivered only.

Industrial MRO Supply (John, who is the single employee of this company) confirmed, send us an invoice, which we promptly paid. This is dating back to December and as of today, we have not received any of these items, nor have we received any sort of feedback to our order. We have sent numerous emails as well as left numerous voice messages. No reply whatsoever!

So we have been completely ripped off. Paid for equipment, which was never sent to us. Disappointed our client by not supplying the promised components on time. It's a shame to have to deal with such companies.

Thousands of dollars lost as well as numerous hours spent to deal with this issue, I can only recommend to stay away from this company!
