I waited at least 30 minutes for help yesterday in the watch department. One salesperson was on the floor taking care of the entire watch, jewerly, ring, the whole floor. She called for help and no help arrived. You will say i said 30 minutes it was probably 5 minutes, no it was 30 minutes. The sale was only 50 dollars but this is the reason no one will shop at pennys. Thank you for your time jo baker (personal information removed)
