I did not renew or buy more minutes by a certain due date.
I had 81 minutes or over $40.00 dollars worth of minutes left.
When I updated my phone with 40 more minutes after a due date, tracphone took my remaining 81 minutes leaving me with just the 40 minutes I had just purchased. To me this is stealing.
