I got an email saying they charged my credit card 9.47 for "trim trainer". I called them and they said it was a monthly membership fee stemming from a vitamin purchase I made early last month. I told them I had not authorized any on going fees. They said they would cancel the "account" but not refund the 9.47. I'm reporting it to my credit card company.
