UPS delivered at package to wrong address. No one at address package delivered to. As a neighbor, called UPS. They said they could do nothing. Spent a great amount of time trying to get package to person addressed. Been doing this from April 25 through 5/2. Eventually delivered package myself. Contents of package was for a birthday present which is pass. Called Better Business Bureau. They did not even ask for information. Called corp where package came from. Here, just placed in a computer system and no human. Eventually, hung up.
