Miscellaneous

On 2/11, I believed that I was receiving a free gift of skin care products for answering an online survey. When asked to pay shipping, I gave my credit card number and was charged $3.02 on 2/11. I received a box of what I believed was a free gift of three skincare items. Fortunately, I opened none of the products inside. Subsequently, (I discovered by telephoning customer service at Auravie), my credit card was charged $97.88 on 2/22 "because my 10-day trial had elapsed." When I paid my February credit card bill, I did not know what the $97.88 charge was for b/c it showed on my CC statement as "BSKIN." I received another package mailed on Mar 25 and finally connected that to a second charge of $97.88 made to my credit card on 3/24. Before I could get to the bottom of what was happening, I received a third box, shipped on 4/24. I was able finally to determine how to call to cancel further shipments. However, I have been charged $296.66 for products that I do not want and have not opened. I called the company today, and they will allow me only to return the most recent shipment for a refund. I will do that tomorrow (5/3). However, they say I cannot return the other two packages and be refunded the $195.76 even though I have not opened any of the product because I have passed their return-policy date.

Can you help me recover this $195.76 (2 x $97.88)? (I am, of course, willing to be responsible for the $3.02 shipping charge on 2/11 that I did authorize.)

Thank you for your help.
