I ordered online auravie risk free trial last 07/04, charged made to my credit card of $3.02 for S&H. Last 07/23 an unauthorized charge of $97.88 to my credit card was made. I found out only last 08/07 on my credit card statement. I called AURAVIE & was told that the return policy was written on the left side of the website when you place your order. On the packing list under Order#145474, there was no printed return policy. I want to return these (3) three unopened, unused Auravie products to them, but they said NO, returns can only be made up to 30 days. I ordered online 07/04, received the items 07/11, called them regarding returning the items today 08/09. They said I can no longer return the unused, unopened items & not entitled to $97.88 refund, butis entitled only to a $30.00 refund. Please help me with this refund. I am a senior cirizen depending only from my SSS check. Thank you.
