This company and guy, Paul De Luca and Meritus Finance, totally misrepresented themselves in saying they were a factor company, and then gave us over to an east coast guy who had his head up his ass and did not understand our business. Deluca then lied about it, and tried to take part in suing us. It cost us $50,000 to defend the lawsuit that was based on his own lies. Stay far away from him or them
