I ordered a dress for my daughter for her confirmation. When we received it and she tried it on it did not fit right and looked nothing like the picture on the website. The waist was supposed to be empire but it was much lower. The fabric was stiff and it was too loose in the bust area. According to her measurements, the bust if anything should have been a little snug. I emailed them within the 7 days but got no response. I tried to email again but it wouldn't even give me the option in returns after 7 days. So I emailed in a different department. Still no response. Couldn't find any other way to contact other than email, so I guess I'm stuck.
