I ordered a dress from dress hope for my wedding, when it arrived it was not the uk20 I ordered with a 43 bust... But a uk10 with a 35 bust... No way was I ever gonna be able to squeeze into that... It was also 2ft to long at the from... I am not short at 5ft 8...

I emailed them straight away and took photographs next to a tape measure like they ask... I had no response so sent it back to the address on the shipping return, costing me £28.. I know they have received it as I had it tracked... They say I didn't have authorisation to send it back and are refusing to exchange for the one I ordered or even refund me... I will be taking the matter further. But be very careful when ordering from them...
