Rep. Called and said he was from Microsoft and that my computer was causing lots of trouble on the internet because of errors. He was advised to call me and fix the problem. He took control of my computer for an hour or so and charged me 180.00 dallors and tried to get more. Computer still in trouble and they got my money. I put my trust in Microsoft. So where do I go now...
