We ordered kitchen cabinets for our kitchen which had been prepped, with elctical, drywall, pluming etc.

I kept asking for "detailed" (by the fraction of the inch) to show the layout so that my other contractors had something to go on.

All I was given access to was a rather genric 3-D rendering of with no dimensions and a "birds eye" veiw which showed whole inches.

The main basis for going with this comany was that the saleman, Frank Harcus assured us that he could (and would) use an 18" sink door front and fabricate the walls, using ajacent cabinets for interior guide and fit a floor to that pattern.

This is what the drawing shows.in addition, the base cabinet to the left of the stove was to be drawers or possibly roll outs but we got the standard 24" cabint with one stationary drawer. Also, the cabinets to the right of the sink base was to be trash, then a 9" base cabinet. They are reversed.

To add insult to injury, 50% was paid as a deposit, 40% was to be paid when cabinets were installed and another 10% when the work had been inspected for a couple of days.

Stephanie Harcus called from the office before the cabinets were even all off the truck and only half had been installed. When he said he would pay as soon as all cabinets were off and in place etc. At that time someone called the men and ordered them to stop working. William was forced to pay for what ended up being the wongthing.

CITI bank has opened a dispute claim and this complaint may be unesseccary "overkill". If the bank and Lifetime and I cannot come to some amenable soulution I would like you to keep this on the books for two weels to see what happens,

Mr. Harcus is on his way here this morning to assess the situation.
