I was called by an automated message saying I was being saught after in a civil suit. They provided a reference # and said give this # to your attorney. If you have questions stay on the line. We were disconnected and when I called back after several times I finally spoke to a man who identified himself as Michael. He told me that Singular cell phone co. Was suing me for not paying a final bill and ending the contract before it was up. I needed to pay $555.85 NOW or they were going to sue me and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I asked for a copy of the contract and he said he couldnt give that to me. I explained this wasnt me and I never had a Singular line. He suggested maybe it was identity theft and if I pay him and then go to authorites to report the identity theft and called back with A CASE # that they would REFUND my money. I thought better than to pay this stranger! Since then I have tried calling back to get more info and never can I get through... Hmmm? I Think this is a SCAM!!!
