Yes! I have the same complaint. I purchased travel plans for my family and my sisters family for a total of 8 people. Promised a wonderful cruise, car rental voucher and airfare discounts. Took along time to recieve paperwork and then when trying to book our travel was given every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't happening. I was given a personal cell number of the operating manger and finally then was I told it was fraud. I have had to file a fraud claim with my credit card and hope they can help. Good luck to all.
