Unknowingly I purchased a pair of Beats by Dre headphones for my son and they currently do not work. They came in what looks like a real Beats product box with paperwork and all... Stating a one year warranty. I contacted Beats to resolve the problem only to find that this website is not only an unauthorized dealer... But the banner is illegally being used advertising incorrect pricing and advertisement. So I contacted the customer service of the website: beatsservice@hotmail.com who informed me with very poor grammar and lots of Japanese fonts that sorry... I had to report any issues within 7 days. The Beats by Dre company informed me that I need to be careful as my credit card information would most likely be stolen. I am aware that I am SOL with what I have. However, I hope that this website can be taken down.
