I paid for 2 pairs of beats one good pair one bad pair. Elaine the online agent for this company is refusing to refund me full payment. She said that we broke them, not true cause the went to breaking left and right the minute my child started to use them. They have bad quality items and they were never the real beats by dr dre that claim to have said they were. I went to the mall the same day I received this which was may 16. Their beats they sent me are 100% fake. Elaine stop chatting with me when I asked for a full refund. They only give seven days to return and they are not responding back cause they r letting my days run out. Poor communication. Their email address is dredrebeat2010@hotmail.com
