Ordered the starter kit for $4.95. Never mentioned a 14 day trial or any other charges. I get a refill a couple of weeks later without ordering and looked at my credit card bill to find that I was charged $99.67 on 3/12 and $79.62 on 3/30. Didn't find any charge for $4.95. Like I said before, there was no 14 day trial mentioned. I called to cancel on 4/17 when I realized what was going on and was told I could not get a refund at all. I told them I didn't order all this and they told me I should have called within the 14 days in both cases!!
