I started the 15 day free trial and immediately decided to cancel. I was then offered a 30 day trial starting from Sept 6 to Sept 28, which is not 30 days. I was also told nothing would be shipped to me without me ordering. On Sept 28 I was charged $41.00 for refill cartridge which I did not order. Called company and they said I could not return starter kit because it was opened. How do you try a product without opening it? This place is definately a scam!
