They sold me a scooter charged me for registration and licence plate and have not given it to me and are giving me the run around about it. Ripoff

On september 9th I bought a scooter from hatch motor company and payed everything for it and I still can not ride it because they said that my Scooter needed to be inspected. When I went to the MVD they said it didnt because it was brand new. So I went back to hatch motor company and they told me they knew why it needed to be inspected but didnt really tell me so she said I will get the inspector to your house to inspect your scooter. It took them 2 months to come by.

I have been waiting for a licence plate for 1 year and 5 months when she said that I would have it at the end of every month but that still hasn't happened yet. I cant even drive it. I had to buy a new car because I couldnt drive my scooter.
