I bought an orignal peice of artwork and this group shipped it by economy ground, in a cardboard box and did not declare the value. As a result, it arrived smashed and damaged. When I alerted them that this happened, they said they would take it back. Now they say they fixed it and want to ship it back to me again. They are playing games with a big amount of money and they are NOT a company to be trusted at all.
