Purchase Furniture that was shipped on 10/28

Sent in the torrential rain thus Press Bureau and Bureau back cardboard got damp.

They don't set Shipping Release Type

I'd to contact them on 10/30 to protest comparable.

They sent something expert with incorrect info (cardboard is free!).

Expert arrived observed the spot, got images, and returned.

I called again after 2-day (they didn't contact) and again they deliver support expert using the incorrect info (btw, you've to plan a romantic date, cant get breaks, so all of this needs one to have a day-off! Infamous 4 hour window). Which means you spend and watch for their errors. Men couldn't do something and got images and went. Suggested substitution of press bureau. Bureau he thought was based on production standard.

Called back overnight. November 4th. Was advised they'll place a purchase set for cardboard and damaged cabinet (yes they'd shipped damaged furniture).

Nothing came set for 3 months. Named back today and was informed the support supervisor (Cassandra) decreased the ball. She fells cardboard shouldn't be changed on the basis of the image. She'll substitute the press bureau because it had a damaged buck. I am talking about I paid $90 for shipping plus they stated I ought to simply reside using the water spot. Yes there's no body to excalate to. Complains on site doesn't get everywhere. A computerized mail does arrived at you.
