Games from big fish i have bought over 6-7 games over the few years and never got them but was charged, and charged a monthly fee also, without getting any of my money back! Internet

I have bought over 6-7,8 games through Big Fish Games and have been charged for all, then they slapp a monthly fee for each one and I never got the games, but was charged!
This is wrong all I like to do is play games I am disabled and have COPD, and I feel they took advantage of me among others. I have e-mailed them over and over again to please refund my money, no reply! Funny how they sure can take the money out of your account in a matter of seconds but can't get it back! I am also afraid of someone NOW having my account number and being Disabled and living on a fixed income, scares the heck out of me. Please Help!
