On 04/04, i ordered therapeutic memory scuffs advertised as "incredible therapeutic slipper makes you entire body feel better". Therapeutic memory insole prevents foot shock by cushioning every step. Helps precent: back pain, knee pain, hip pain, ankle pain. Perfect for: gout, heel spurs, bunions, swollen feet, arthritis and tired aching feet.

I received the slippers on 04/13. They did not look like the advertisement. I could not tell the right foot from the left. I took an educated guess. There was no such cushion to support their claims. I decided to give the slippers a try. Immediately i felt like i was walking on the ground but on the sides of my feet since the slippers kept turning the the sides of the shoe which caused me to loose my balance and i almost fell several times.

On 04/17 @ 11:39 am, i contacted the company to express my displeasure in their false advertisement 1-800-530-2689 spoke to service rep. Maritza. She stated that i have to return the item at my own expense. I purchased the product "in good faith" and would not spend any more money on false adverisement. I aske to speak to her supv. (name cindy) but all she could do was to return my call in 24 to 48 hours. Could not speak to anyone in a higher authority.

Told her i would be contacting the federal trade commission. I'm bringing to your attention what is being done to consumers by these companies. Please help... Debra (personal information removed) tele # (personal information removed) order# 20979346
