Good feet inserts @ 300 bucks are an outrageous rip off. There are several online and ebay stores that sell the same stuff for about 99, and they send you moulds etc to step in and do a better job than the good feet stores. I use the good feet insert essentially bought from the manufacturer wihtout the middle man and their overhead, worked OK for me but I have a arch that needs to get more and more support so it needs bigger and bigger. I am so used to wearing them and I was in such pain before getting my first orthotic, I never felt any pain. It was relief all the way.
