Save yourself from this Rip-off company!

There have been no problem in service for 3 years...
Then I figured my company have been paying $100 more than my neighbors with other waste service company. So I tried to cancel the service.
1. It was so difficult to contact "the manager"- who never answers, only call back once in a while.
2. The manager says we have 2 year contract which no one in my office knows about..
3. Early Termination Fee is 3month service charge removal service fee=about $1000

I can save $100 by switching to another company, so i am going to pay that $1000fee...

WM, now you lost a customer and gain a hater...
