Condo Litigation Called No Problem, Then Deposit Not Refunded

I was applying for a refinance on my home. I was told they needed 500.00 in advance I asked their representative Pete Rosewicz if a litigation by my condo association against the builder was a problem. I asked of him 3 times he replied it was no problem. I then agreed to give quicken loans my visa for the 500.00. Then I found out by underwriting that this was a problem. I was mislead very badly and found their dealing with me unprofessional. As of this writing i still have not gotten my refund that they said they would give me back.
