I applied for a loan with this company as I was desperate to give my 2 children a good christmas, they took £79.99 out ofmy bank account, I rsang them and they told me I had to eamil and cancell an agreement I didnt even know I had made! Also the phone adviser said they wouldnt take any money from my account... I have been sendin frequent e-mails since to try and get my money back, mostof my e-mails are ignored accept for two where they tell me they are dealing with a back log. I have been waiting 5 months now and Im fed up of being fobbed off by this sham of a company that preys on vnerable people.
