Didnt give proper information and wasnt able to get a hold of anyone in the company

This company contacted my husband about opening up a $7,500 credit card and neglected to give him all the information about the credit card, and they asked for all his information including his SSN and bank account number. Then when we recieved the card we come to find out it can only be used for internet shopping and only on one website that does not have a wide selection of items and everything on it is extremely and ridiculously expensive!
They also do not cover shipping and handling which is also expensive, so everytime you order something you are required to give them all your bank account information again. They also have a fee of $19.95 to pay every month that you dont use the card so even if you are not shopping with them you are still paying them every month.
They also are not very professional when speaking to and do not speak clearly when talking with you. Ive also read alot of compaints about people looking for payday loans and then getting these people instead, well with us it is the other way aound. We applied for the card and are now getting flooded with e-mails about payday loans and being approved for loans that we never applied for.
Their fees and prices are ridiculous and they are very unprofessional, and do not give consumers all the necessary information for opening up a credit card with their company.
