Bad credit loan 5000-this is a ripoff

This is company is a RIPOFF. We had been looking for a personal loan for 5000.00
We have bad credit, so choices were limited. A rep from this company calls my husband, tells him we are approved.
The said they have private investors that back these type of loans.
She faxes the loan docs, we review looks fine (normal). She then tells him that they require 4 months payments upfront, due to our credit situation. That once we send 900.00 that will be applied to the loan and we will get the loan in our account the next day.
We wire the money western union to Jamacia, she said this was to the investors offshore account-yes we were stupid, but desperate!!!
The next day we are waiting for the money, doesn't come.
Customer Service manager calls, says the loan is high risk and they will need another
900.00 to complete!!!
We say no way, they tell is we can cancel, but our refund won't come until the 15th.
Well its the 15th, and now their phone numbers have been disconnected, imagine that!!!
Do not trust these people or any other company that does business this way
