I ordered the samples, read the small print, didn't see anything about having to pay anything, the company took 3 lots of money out of my acc, 2 lots of £84.71 & one payment of £89.66! The product caused a reaction to my face! The company said I wasn't entitled to a refund, I said I was & I would take legal action if they didn't refund my money, they refunded to lots but they still owe me £84.71.
I rang them last Thursday to complain they said someone would ring me back within 48 hrs which they didn't! I have tried to ring again today & their phone line is unavailable! My email address is (Personal Information Removed)
