Like others, I ordered a "trial" from this company for £1.99. Lotion didn't suit my skin so I rang and cancelled well within the 10 days required. However within 5 days they had taken £167.42 from my bank account. I tried ringing the company only to be told on three occasions to ring back in 30mins as the computer system was being updated - this went on for 48 hours. Finally got someone who told me a supervisor would ring me to discuss... Over week later I am still waiting! I have now written to see where that gets me. Avoid this company like the plague.
