Date it started happening June. When renewal came around they knew right where to draw funds from my credit card B of A Visa. Just return my funds and I will be glad not to use this site anymore. 6 months or longer to straighten something out it to much. It has turned into a matter of principal. Respectfully, Patricia Naumann Your date it happened is not working. I have tried 3 times.
