Card charged at renewal and refund unresolved for six months

The date it started happening was June. When renewal came around, they knew right where to draw funds from my credit card, a B of A Visa. Just return my funds, and I will be glad not to use this site anymore. Six months or longer to straighten something out is too much. It has turned into a matter of principle.
