A man came to service my heat pump and furnace on monday 4/8 i asked him why it wasnt someone i knew he said the company bought that service along with seven others. I thought it was ok i did leave him do some work and he said he would send someone the next day to do what that person had to do. I got a call from total comfort this afternoon asking if they could come tomorrow to do the summer check up. I used money i was saving for medical treatments to pay that bill i called discover to see what they could do but they could;t help. Anything you can do about this sure would be a blessing than you.
